If you are unable to provide an ID, all documents can still be notarized provided two accompany persons are present who can act as “credible identifying witnesses”. This means two individuals that are in possession of their respective picture ID who know and can verify the identity of the signer, and do not “benefit” from any transaction related to the document(s) that require notarization.
